Taxation Services

We are able to prepare and lodge all SMSF tax documentation including:

Administration Services

For a low fixed fee we will handle all accounting and administration tasks for your SMSF.  These services include:

  • Monthly reconciliation of bank account and investments
  • Preparation of the annual Financial Statements
  • Preparation of the Income Tax Return
  • Maintaining investment records for Capital Gains purposes
  • Maintaining member accounts
  • Preparation & lodgement of BAS, IAS, PAYG and TBAR reports with the ATO
  • Preparation & lodgement of PAYG Payment Summaries
  • Maintenance of pension accounts
  • Preparation of all minutes, declarations and regulatory documents in line with legislative requirements.
  • Preparation of the fund for audit.

We are also equipped to handle any complex issue such as:

  • LRBAs (Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangements)
  • Fund Windup
  • Trustee and Membership changes
  • Compliance Breach rectifications

Transition Management

For SMSF members ready to commence a pension, we can assist in preparing all the required documentation and facilitating the pension establishment.

We are also able to commute existing pensions, combine multiple pensions facilitate lump sum drawdowns.

As part of our service, we will calculate the minimum and maximum drawdowns for each pension and monitor that these are in line with payments made.

Audit Services

For all funds we administer, at the completion of the accounting for each financial year, we will prepare an audit file for our independent auditor.  The audit fee is included in our annual fee.

An independent audit ensures the Fund has met it’s reporting and compliance obligations.  This option is also available as a stand alone service for those wishing to maintain their own administration service.

Deed Services

We can assist with establishing new SMSFs with all the documentation required to meet the complex legal obligations with minimum stress.

For existing Funds, as Superannuation Law is often changing we also offer a Deed review service to ensure a Deed is still in line with all recent changes. 

If the Deed is found to be in need of changes, we can arrange an Amended Trust Deed to bring it up to date.

Compliance Services

With Superannuation laws changing frequently it can be difficult and time consuming to ensure a Fund is operating in line with current legislation.  Our experience allows us to locate and rectify any potential compliance issue within an SMSF.

We are also able to advise on any complex investment or structure queries you may have.
